Acceptance
Siderarium (the site at siderarium.com and the app at siderarium.com/app/) is published by Hippocrene Design Works LLC. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What Siderarium is
Siderarium is a tool for astrological and symbolic practice, offered for entertainment, reflection and study. It does not predict events and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not base decisions about health, money, law or relationships on its readings, and seek a qualified professional for any of those.
No warranty
The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. The astronomical positions are computed carefully, to about one arcminute, but the interpretations are symbolic and no outcome is promised.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hippocrene Design Works LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the service or from reliance on its readings. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
Proprietary design and method
The name Siderarium, its mark, the dial, the visual design, the rules of interpretation and the method of weighting are proprietary. © 2026 Hippocrene Design Works LLC. All rights reserved. You may share images exported from the app for personal, non-commercial purposes with the notice they carry intact. You may not copy, resell or reproduce the design or method, or present them as your own. Third-party components are used under their own licences, listed on the credits page.
Data you enter about other people
A synastry or a saved chart can hold another person's birth date, time and place. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us, but you are responsible for having the right to use it and for how you share any image or report that contains it.
Changes and availability
The service may change, pause or end at any time. These terms may be updated; the date above is the date of the current version, and continued use means acceptance of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
